Erik and Holly both had their start in the plumbing industry in 1997 at Meyer’s Plumbing Service, owned by Holly’s dad, Rich Meyer. In 2010, with Rich’s blessing, Erik and Holly opened Hagen Plumbing Service, a one man shop, out of their home. The Hagens were fortunate to earn the services of many new customers, and one year after opening, hired their family friend and journeyman plumber, Tony. A few years later, Holly’s dad came on board to handle the service and repair jobs.

After graduating high school, Erik and Holly’s son, Shawn, started his apprenticeship and joined the family business, and during breaks from college, their daughter, Alyssa, helps out in the office.

Erik and Holly quickly outgrew running the business from their home. Their office is now located on Freistadt Road in Germantown.  Hagen Plumbing continues to grow.  Over the past few years, Ray, Peder, Michael, and Konnor have all joined the team, and just recently, Holly’s sister, Christina, was hired to help in the office.
